Visibility and management of survey scheduling

Based on the discussion from the recent End User SIG meeting, creating this issue to propose a way to better manage and organize the survey backlog and surveys that are active. I discussed with @AndrejKiri separately and we believe that it would be great to have a better view in Eng User SIG to track active surveys and upcoming surveys with a timeline, similar to a roadmap with survey schedule.

More specifically:

• Create a table view in the Eng User Project with filter by the existing end user survey label
• Add custom fields with start date and end date
• Add a timeline view in Kanban to view survey schedule
