KubeCon EU 2025 - OpenTelemetry Observatory

Parent issue to track tasks related to planning schedule and activities for the OpenTelemetry Observatory at KubeCon EU 2025 in London, UK.

The following list of tasks (TBD) should be completed.

• Collect list of SIG maintainers attending.
• Create schedule.
• Allocate timeslots to different activities (in-person SIG meetings, feedback sessions, etc)
• Agree on timeslots to maintainers.
• Humans of OTel: KubeCon EU 2025 #101
• Humans of OTel Livestream: KubeCon EU 2025 #102

@tiffany76 we don't have a schedule sorted out just yet, but I think that the text we used for KubeCon NA 2025 blog post in the OTel Observatory section is still valid:

Drop by and say “Hi!” at OpenTelemetry Observatory presented by Splunk in the Expo Hall. This will be a place for informal chats, meetups, and other discussions led by OpenTelemetry community members and maintainers.

Note, that the Observatory may show up as “Splunk Activation Booth” on the event map.

You can help us improve the project by sharing your thoughts and feedback about your OpenTelemetry adoption, implementation, and usage.

We will create action items from your comments as appropriate. Check #otel-sig-end-user in CNCF’s Slack instance for results and action item updates to come after KubeCon EU.

I've just sent a message in #otel-maintainers to find out who's coming and who wants to lead a session.

I will create a calendar under the Google Workspace for this, and give edit permissions to end-user SIG maintainers.

I've created a calendar with this public link. However, we should probably wait to update it on the blog post until we have "some" sessions agreed?
