Resolve some JS Warning Issue in console

There are some JS warning issues in the JS console (already appeared in the current version but are being identified when upgrading to Bootstrap 5):

• Expanded "Show buttons" label: "Incorrect use of " (JS console)
• "Has all labels" and "Programming Languages": "A form field element should have an id or name attribute" (JS console)
• "No label associated with a form field" (JS console)
