Mojaloop: Document Ideal PISP Onboarding Workflow

As part of the current Mojaloop PI 10 Workstream on the Payment Initiation Service Provider API being built as part of the Mojaloop Open API by Google, we volunteered to document the ideal PISP onboarding workflow based on our experiences with Open Banking APIs, the WS02 API Gateway and enabling 3rd party fintechs to initiate a payment in our lab environment.

Work is actively progressing on the API so we should document our ideal onboarding workflow and position how our lab enivironment and suite of tools could be used to test.
