Get rid of geckodriver-helper

Geckodriver-helper currently requires a local patch and rubygem
https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/openSUSE:infrastructure:software.opensuse.org/software_opensuse_org/use_local_geckodriver.patch?expand=1

This is caused by umerged DevicoSolutions/geckodriver-helper#17

We should get rid of geckodriver-helper as this has been an issue for months and the user doesn't respond to email requests.
This blocks potential CI builds as osc service fails on this.

There is a fork that maintains it: https://github.com/0rvar/geckodriver-bin

The problem is that our service can't download gem from GitHub and the fork does not publish to Rubygems.org. The alternative is to not bundle the gems, but package them individually.

Do you mean replace it with a maintained fork or dropping it? It's needed for running the system tests which use Firefox and automatically click around/search for things. They are the most comprehensive tests we have.
