You have to locate a file of the model which can be read by cobrapy. Ideally, an SBML file.
Unfortunately, the file is not valid and does contain a ton of issues. So you should contact the authors and ask for a valid file of the model which can be loaded. |

I'm trying to analyze a metabolic model named iRP911 reported in the literature (Reference: [Genome-scale reconstruction and system level investigation of the metabolic network of Methylobacterium extorquens AM1]). However, this model is not available in the BiGG Models database.
Could you please guide me on how to properly import this model into COBRApy for flux balance analysis?
