1.2.0版本对于表格标题识别不正确

从1.1.0更新到1.2.0之后，我的一个文件的表格识别明显有问题了。以下是问题文件的截图，可以看到表1和表2的标题都被识别成了表2的标题，而表1没有标题

用1.2.0识别如下文件就可以重现，layout model是yolo_v8_mfd，table model是rapid_table+slanet_plus
