Error in Customer Address fields

Description

When adding "Country" or "County" information into the shipping/billing addresses on the Customers page, I'm not able to search by typing. When I start typing, the text appears in the first name field instead of the box that I'm trying to type into.
For "Country", I'm able to scroll to select my country that way instead. However, for "County", I'm not able to scroll at all. This is a big problem as these are required fields and they cannot be completed.

Expected Behavior

We should be able to type text into the address fields.

Actual Behaviour

Text goes into the "First Name" field

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Customers page
2. Add a shipping or billing address
3. Try typing in the Country or County fields
4. Try updating the address to save it

Workaround
