[NGI] Link Addresses and social media to enterprise

When the enterprise is created on the proxy, their address and their social media are not linked to any enterprises and therefore don't appear on the map component.

Acceptance Criteria & Tests

1. Go to staging UK
2. Use the DPM to share data with CQCM stg
3. Check the enterprise address and social media are linked to the enterprise on https://api.proxy-stg.cqcm.startinblox.com/admin/
4. Publish the enterprise: it should appear on https://map-stg.cqcm.startinblox.com/
