Link to specific version of packages for Debian #45

Currently in person.html we can only link to the main page of a package. Find a way to link to specific versions. The link is:
http://packages.qa.debian.org/{{ ul.package }}

Might want to consider adding a "url" field to the Activity model for when Greenhouse is being used by multiple projects.
