Description

The github secure open source fund accepted projects are receiving a grant of azure credits.

We need to determine:

• how we're planning on managing these azure resources (individual azure tenants for projects, individual subscriptions etc),
• how we are should apply for them (Does Robin apply for all of them? do we pick an individual contributor from each project to apply? Does every project apply or only ones that really need it etc)
• How we provide access to azure for projects that dont have it now.
