[GitHub Request] Add github.com/synhershko as a maintainer of opensearch-k8s-operator #405

Details of the request
The repo opensearch-k8s-operator is lack of active maintainers now (down to 2). There is no responses from other maintainers for two weeks (in an email chain we sent to vote Itamar as new maintainer). Therefore, we are requesting to add the active contributor @synhershko as the new maintainer.

Additional information to support your request
Itamar is an active contributor of the repo. He has authored 9 pull requests and involved in many issue comments and discussions of the repo. Based on these contributions, I am reasonably confident that Itamar will be a valuable addition as a maintainer.
When does this request need to be completed?
ASAP as we are lacking maintainers to the repo.
