Describe the bug

In Discover, there is no way to see the full name of either the current dataset ("index pattern") (static display) or other data sets (dropdown). Since many data sets share prefixes -- notably those in the playground sample data sets -- this makes it impossible to work effectively.

To Reproduce
Go to https://playground.opensearch.org/app/data-explorer/discover
Look at the top left, just under "Discover". You will see "opensearch_dashboard...".
There is also a downarrow which opens a list of datasets, all of which are truncated.
There is a workaround, which is to use the browser right-click on the dataset name, but that shouldn't be necessary.

Expected behavior
The dataset names in the dropdown should not be truncated, even if they have to overflow the space they are allocated.

OpenSearch Version
v 2.19.0

Dashboards Version
Please list the version of OpenSearch Dashboards being used.
This should give instructions on where to find this info.
The <?> icon shows Help v 2.19.0 -- is that the Dashboards version or the back end version?

Plugins
Please list all plugins currently enabled.
This should give instructions on where to find this info.
But it's probably not relevant in this case.
