[FEATURE] Update Suggest field in SearchResp to support completion suggestor response #712

Is your feature request related to a problem?
The Suggest field in the SearchResp does not contain all the response fields that we get when run a completion suggestor s mentioned here. The Suggest field needs to be updated.
What solution would you like?
Updating the Suggest field with additional fields like _id and others.
