Under our bug issue template we are missing some important information:

What version of the library are you using?
How are you creating the Client (e.g. ClientBuilder, GuzzleClientFactory)
Can you provide a stack trace?

Additional information to support your request

This will make it quicker to triage bug reports.

When does this request need to be completed?

Sooner than later.

@kimpepper Is this something you can do in the repository itself? In the core repo we have templates defined here: https://github.com/opensearch-project/OpenSearch/blob/main/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_template.yml
