Basic Remote Mesh Configuration

Export basic remote mesh configuration, including unique identifiers, network settings, and identity details such as service account, namespace, and trust domain.

We should also capture ingress configuration so that we can configure Istio traffic properly. This should consists of addresses and port settings.

Once configuration is defined, FDS Client connection should be established by the owning controller.
