GSoC 2026: Discussion & Guidance Request for "Improving OpenVINO Test Drive RAG" (No Good First Issues Left)

Hello OpenVINO mentors and community,

I am interested in contributing to the “Improving OpenVINO Test Drive RAG” project idea for the next Google Summer of Code. I have reviewed the prerequisites and explored the good first issues board, but currently all issues are already assigned.

Could mentors please suggest how best to get involved and fulfill the prerequisite pull request? Are there other areas or small tasks where I could start contributing relevant to RAG/Test Drive, or should I wait for new good first issues?

I am eager to learn, participate, and receive guidance for preparing my GSoC proposal.
