Getting Started Tweaks (UI100)

We might not want to auto-hide the getting started dialog once the user has created an environment. Instead, we might want to put check marks on the steps they've completed.

This might be a "wizard pattern" we could incorporate into the overall UI... "How do I..." ("How do I share my Minecraft server", "How do I protect an enterprise application"), which pops open a wizard and walks them through the steps?

Also need to revamp the help icon in a way that remains familiar to the user, such that they can re-open it.
