Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Nope, not a problem at all, just a feature request to add some extra functionality to the resizing capabilities of widgets.
Describe the solution you like
Currently, when resizing widgets, all you have is a diagonal scale factor so it locks into a certain aspect ration. For example, if I want to resize the Traffic graph to make it take up less space, all I get is a predefined scaling.
A better solution would be to unlock that aspect ration format and allow widgets to be able to be scaled diagonally and horizontally as well and make each one independent. This would allow us to have a short vertical space for Traffic Graph but make it wider.
The Interfaces and Gateways Widget already has this capability.
Describe alternatives you considered
No alternatives as there is no other option to try as far as I know, I am not a developer.
