Can I include a client ID in a refresh request?

I'm trying to get the Client ID included in the form values sent in a token refresh request. Nothing immediately obvious jumps out. Is this possible?

client_id is a required parameter for a refresh token request. IIRC it gets sourced from the options...

Doh! That's what I was missing, rebuilding the options properly.

Might I suggest option validation either with an error in the logger or an exception to make this more pm proof? 😈
