Add export options for unpublished spaces

We separate our versions into different spaces and I start working on the new docs before the go-live date. During that time, the space is unpublished as the new version isn't available yet. I publish the space as part of our go-live procedures.
I need to be able to get the content for new features to our sales and reseller teams before these docs are available to all of our customers.
At present, I have to manually copy everything I created in Gitbook into Word so I can make a PDF of the unpublished document... that I just spent days working on in Gitbook. It would be very helpful if I could preview the page and create the PDF prior to the space being published.

Hi @Maryanne-Knight-OptiTrack thanks for your feedback, it's already possible!

There are two different options:

• Published sites: allowing visitors to export your content as PDF. This is set in customizaton settings and available with Premium or Ultimate site plan.
• Exporting a page or space in app: this is available only to logged in users who have Pro collaboration plan. This is the option you can use for exporting the content that hasn't been published.

Thank you for your reply. Pro collaboration is different from the Pro plan? I don't have those options when I click the menu in my unpublished site.

I found the option. For anyone else who's looking... when the space is unpublished, the PDFs are only available from within a change request. With the CR open, the context menu for the individual docs in the space becomes available, and one of the options is to export as PDF.
