Currently, it seems like ACP Agents are only notified of available MCP servers during session setup, i.e. upon receiving a
session/neworsession/loadrequest.Is there a way for ACP Clients to update this list of MCP servers dynamically without requiring users to restart their sessions? That would enable ACP Clients to provide a UI for managing MCP servers & access in real-time.
