TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'x')

Today my azure devops pipelines started to fail:

Found 87 test results files.

Nothing was changed in pipeline. Allure report was generated yesterday properly, and today I run them manually and allure failed with that error. I tried to run tests with allure report for another solution and the same issue.
Can you help with it?
