Shelf as Collections for Epub readers?

What are you trying to do?

Hi, I'm switching over from a Kobo to reading on an apple device, and was wondering if there's a way to set up the shelf as collections the same way? (Where there's the Kobo folder to choose all books to import to the device, and they automatically show up in the collections they're organized in in Grimmory). Thank you!

What's happening instead?

Right now, I'm downloading all of the books individually and replicating the organization on device. For reference, I'm using Readest on iOS.
