[Feature Request] Add the option to add backgrounds from previous versions of Mint

Linux Mint should provide a GUI option to download the backgrounds from previous Linux Mint versions through the Backgrounds app. This will help with their discoverability.

FYI, this is already possible through the Mint Appstore program. However, I do agree that it should have a more streamlined experience to obtain them. For a simple example, Mint should have a dedicated category for their past backgrounds, and also possibly mix there the backgrounds from other DE options.
