This is an encryption question, not a MiniExcel question. In any case there's pretty much nothing you can do unless the password is simple enough that you can brute force your way through it. And you shouldn't attempt it anyways if you're not the owner of the document or authorized by them, cracking an encrypted document is a crime in most jurisdictions.
