Dynamic Stage image

Portal administrators with heterogenous datasets face unnecessary technical complexity when needing to creating multiple data tables.

I think updating stage such that it dynamically renders exploration tables linked from an explore the data dropdown tab will solve 50% of this issue. The other half would be addressed by issue: overture-stack/arranger/issues/916

We'll know we're right if we see our current time-to-value reduce by ~50% for new portal admins configuring our platform to suite there heterogenous data.
