Expose current DNS/NTP/API IP assignments

This came up during a customer install today.  The customer was looking to validate DNS delegation and was unsure what IPs Nexus was using for External DNS.

Beyond just today's example, this information is useful for monitoring and troubleshooting an Oxide deployment.

This should be exposed via the API to users with sufficient privileges.
