Lock screen zoom feature not working (Pixel 8 A15)

The lock screen zoom in/out feature does not work on my Google Pixel 8 running Android 15 (build AP41.240925.009).

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Shape size' and turn on 'Zoom on lockscreen'.
2. Lock phone.
3. Wake phone and then unlock it.
4. See that wallpaper didn't zoom in or out.
