New (?) python_full_version marker in lock and export break CI/CD

For unknown reasons (pdm update?), my default project lock file now contains "python_full_version == \"3.9.13\"" markers for each entry. In my CICD pipelines, I use pdm export to get a requirements file to install a virtual environment. These new markers are now exported to the requirement file and break the pipeline, as it runs with python 3.9.18. Requiring a matching of the full python version seems to be rather limiting for the portability of the lock file. Has someone any idea of why that happened and how to remove them?

Ok, I fixed it by deleting the lock file and re-creating it (pdm lock). Just running pdm lock was not sufficient, as those markers were kept. I guess something went wrong when updating the lock file from an old version.
