Is there a way to pass argument "pypi.url" for pdm publish?

Say if I'd like to config pypi.url as a mirror of pypi, so it would be faster when I use pdm add/sync, but I just want to use the original pypi as pypi.url when I want to publish. Does pdm offer this argument? Or the only way is to write a plugin for this idea?

They are different config items. pypi.url is for downloading, while publish is for uploading.

you can use --repository option, PDM_PUBLISH_REPO env var, or repository.pypi.url config.
