The app doesn't sound. HELP PLEASE

When I tried to use recently this music player, everything was the usual and suddenly the sound disappeared, the player was still running the song, but it didn't sound. I guessed it was my hardware or my audio mixer that was malfunctioning, but no, it just this app.

I already tried re-installing the app (actually I just notice the pear thing) and also restarting my PC, but still not works.
