Dragging one board onto another from layers menu #143

Steps to reproduce

Create 2 boards
In layers list (left menu) drag Board 1
Drop Board 1 onto Board 2

Actual result

The board is selected but is hidden
When you move it the board appears again and now it isn't in the group
