Use JSON logging

Hi,

The documentation (https://docs.opal.ac/getting-started/configuration) has been a hit and miss:

• Inconsitantly prefixed with OPAL_
• Missing descriptions
• Missing examples
• Missing data types (string, bool, list, etc)

I am usually able to go through the source code and figure out the usage of what I need but now I am stumped.

I am simply trying to get the output as JSON instead of the custom format OPAL enforces with loguru.

I don't see how this is possible without manually defining the logging units with like {"time": "{time}", "process": "{process}", "name": "{name}", "message": "{message}", "exception": "{exception}"}. But doing so renders LOG_FORMAT_INCLUDE_PID useless amongst other things.

Is there something I am missing?

For anyone wondering, I had to set LOG_SERIALIZE to True (which is NOT documented) and I had to set LOG_FORMAT to an empty string to suppress duplicated log messages.

I am now able to read logs as JSON.

Please update the documentation.
