Outdated Akka Version in Project Template

I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out regarding the maintenance status of the project. It seems that the last update was made approximately nine months ago, and I've noticed that the current version of Akka used in the project (1.4.49) lags behind the latest version (1.5.15).

Given these observations, I'm curious to know if the project is still actively supported and maintained. If so, could you please provide guidance on the proper procedure for updating packages within the project? Specifically, I'm interested in upgrading the Akka version to align with the latest release.

These templates definitely need to be modernized quite a bit - I've just finished overhauling 2/3 of the official Akka.NET templates a couple of weeks ago in order to simplify them: https://github.com/akkadotnet/akkadotnet-templates

As for these templates, I should probably outline some requirements for redoing them - but in the meantime yes I would love some updates on the versions et al. Just make sure you @ mention me - we get so many issues and traffic on the Akka.NET project that its' tough for me to sort out
