Activate network programmatically

Summary

I have a dApp with reown(wallet connect) as a web3 wallet manager and I can't find any way to programmatically activate network in the phantom wallet. Neither in the web extension, nor mobile app.

Is it my poor research skills or there is no way to activate network (Base in my case)?

wagmi: 2.14.10
@reown/appkit: 1.6.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. deactivate EVM network in the wallet
2. connect to the dapp
3. in the dapp, get ConnectorClient
4. get signer from ethers Web3Provider
5. execute _signTypedData
   
6. Expect to receive popup to sign data, received skeletons
   

provider returns correct chain id
window.phantom.ethereum.networkVersion is 8453 (Base chainId)

@ArtSuslov If I'm understanding correctly you want to active a network if the user has the network deactivated in their wallet. This is not possible. The user must do so in their ui.
