[SUI] SignTransaction Trigger SignAndExectueTransaction on Phantom Wallet Extension

When I try to sign transaction. The extension modal trigger confirm transaction instead of sign Transaction.

@adamdelphantom , Currently, we are using signTransaction, where we only need to sign the transaction without executing it, so the gas fee shouldn't be displayed, right? In suiet-wallet-kit, there are separate methods: signTransaction and signAndExecuteTransaction. Which one to use if we only need to sign the transaction without executing it?
