Support Token Transfer Hook Extension

Summary

I am working with minting new token with transfer hook extension but however I cannot transfer that on Phantom. I can just transfer tokens using code. Phantom announced that it supports token transfer hook extension but it is not working now. Please check what is problem. My extension using "extra-meta-acccounts" so it can be problem.

No need. Just transfer my token. If you give me address I can transfer some of them to you.

I have reinstalled Phantom wallet, and it started to work. I cannot sure what was problem however it is solved now.
