Identify analyzers lacking CodeFixers

Examine all analyzers, identify those that lack CodeFixers, and recommend whether or not it is viable to implement.

This analyzer that's now enabled by default as error would really benefit from a fixer and it should be trivial to implement (for Copilot as well).
