8.3 win x64 nts no session support

Hello, i've downloaded dlls and module loads, but with no session-support :(
source1 tested: https://pecl.php.net/package/memcached/3.3.0/windows
source2 tested: https://phpext.phptools.online/extension/memcached-19

don't know which one if any are the compiled binaries from your github actions, but both don't work for me since missing session-support
in parallel, i have PHP 8.1.4 running with memcached and it works with session-support, so I'm wondering why this one doesn't work, are there some other special tricks to get it runnung?

I can confirm the PHP 8.4.5 version also outputs memcached with "No session support".
I didn't find the information about TS or NTS anywhere, so i tried both versions and the output was the same.
