[Bug] There is no return type for `query_by_value`

• I have searched the existing issues, and I could not find an existing issue for this bug

Current Behavior

There's no usable return type as QueryRequest doesn't exist as a type and QueryResponse is deprecated.

Expected Behavior

There needs to be a non-deprecated type for QueryResponse.results.
