Do I need a paid account to use the dashboard of the pd-cluster that my TiKV instance uses?

I have a box on Digital Ocean that I am port forwarding the pd-cluster TiDB dashboard to my local machine, but when I open the dashboard port on my local browser I'm prompted to log in. Do I need a paid account to access this?
