How to calculate current page in Parallax for a sticky layer?

I have a Parallax with 8 pages and a layer which is sticky from 2 to 4 now i want to change color of text in this layer for transition from 2nd page to 3rd how can i do that?(p.s i am doing in Next.js) and it would be also helpful to specify how to add scroll events using controller because i also wanp scroll snap between some pages
