v6.0.0, v6.01, v6.0.3 releases are missing `Pre-release` tag

Latest is at v5.0.0, and v6.0.2 bears the Pre-Release tag, but this tag is absent on 3 other version, leaving it uncertain if those versions are meant to be used or not. https://github.com/pnpm/action-setup/releases.

A bit confused by this too. Latest semver is 6.0.4 but latest release label on GitHub is on 5.0.0. Renovate treats 6.0.4 as latest stable (follows semver).

Yeah, I was very confused too., seeing on the GitHub page that version 5 was the latest.
