What happened:
Staying signed in Trudesk for an extended period without doing any action leads to an Error 504 when either selecting a menu option or refreshing the site.
After restarting the containers the site works as normal, but you are presented with the installation wizard.
What did you expect to happen:
After selecting a menu or refreshing the site, the site should work normally.
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Use the docker.yml file main repository
Change the image in the docker.yml file polonel/trudesk:1.2
Start the containers
Sign in and perform a few actions i.e. logging a ticket
Leave the site unattended for an extended period (more than 2 hours); remaining signed in
Navigate to a different menu \ Refresh the site

Trudesk Version: Trudesk v1.2
OS running: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
Docker (27.3.1) & Docker-Compose (1.29.2)
