Add support creating extra objects #185
Description
I deploy portainer with helm and want to add a network policy for it. Having extra objects is an easy way to add a policy and reuse variables (e.g. ingress port).
Example of extra objects implemented in traefik helm chart https://github.com/traefik/traefik-helm-chart/blob/master/traefik/tests/values/extra.yaml + https://github.com/traefik/traefik-helm-chart/blob/master/traefik/templates/extra-objects.yaml
