Clarify Workspace trust specific to Positron

It would be useful to clarify that Untrusted Workspace means:

• No Console/Notebook Sessions
• No Posit Assistant/AI capabilities

Suggested text below but open to modifications:

You trust the authors of the files in the current folder. All features are enabled:
✅ R and Python sessions are allowed to start
✅ Posit Assistant is available
✅ All workspace settings are applied
✅ All enabled extensions are activated

You do not trust the authors of the files in the current folder. The following features are disabled:
❌ R and Python sessions will not start
❌ Posit Assistant is disabled
❌ 85 workspace settings are not applied
❌ 67 extensions are disabled or have limited functionality
