Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the tracker for existing similar issues and I know that duplicates will be closed

Describe the Issue

am having a VS Code Crash when trying to select a file

Steps To Reproduce

Open a new request tab
Select the body tab
Select the binary type
click on the Select FIle Button
Vs Code Crash
