npm install pouchdb-req-http-query returns v1.0.3 without getUrl

when performing a npm install pouchdb-req-http-query, v1.0.3 is downloaded without the getUrl fix (#18) applied. Is it possible to get a new release or get npmjs to update their cache?

@barchard Feel free to update the version number, commit, and push it (I just gave you git write rights). If you send me your npm user name, I can also add you as an npm author so you can also npm publish this new version yourself.
