I would like to propose @jakemas as a voting TSC member as we have recently approved onboarding of a ML-DSA implementation which Jake is working on.

Having checked with LF, it is fine for us to vote for new TSC members within a github issue.

As such I'm asking for a vote here. This will be for a max 2 weeks and require a majority of TSC voting members:
